Connecting Systems for a Seamless Digital Workflow

The true power of digitalization comes when every system works together. Sucrosphere ensures seamless communication between sensors, automation systems, and enterprise platforms, creating a unified digital ecosystem for sugar production.

Our integration services connect field-level devices with higher-level automation, MES, and ERP systems. Whether through OPC-UA, Modbus, or custom APIs, we establish secure, reliable data flow between plant and cloud. This unified infrastructure eliminates data silos and delivers real-time process visibility to every stakeholder.

Integration Capabilities

  • End-to-end connectivity between plant and cloud environments
  • Support for multiple industrial communication protocols
  • Integration with SCADA, DCS, and process control systems
  • Custom interfaces for legacy or proprietary equipment
  • Secure authentication and encrypted data exchange

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What to expect from Sucrosphere, from ROI to integration.

Will Sucrosphere integrate with our legacy PLCs and older equipment?

Sucrosphere can integrate with all data solutions that provide an OPC-UA connection. If only the read function is required in certain cases, a data sampler such as a Siemens S7-1500 would suffice. However, in most cases, a read and write interface is needed to run the full power of our solutions. In this case, we highly recommend an OPC-UA connection.

Which communication protocols do you support?

Can this system feed data into our existing ERP or MES (like SAP)?

Is the connection between the plant floor and the cloud one-way or two-way?
