Transforming Data into Intelligent Decisions
Data is only powerful when it’s usable. Sucrosphere develops Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that turn complex sensor data into clear, actionable insights for smarter sugar production. Designed specifically for the sugar industry, our digital platform combines real-time visualization, predictive control, and process optimization in one unified interface.
The system continuously collects and analyzes data from all connected devices, providing live dashboards, trend analyses, and early warnings for potential deviations. With built-in Model Predictive Control (MPC) and digital twin simulation, it not only reports process status but also predicts the optimal way forward for maximum performance and stability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What to expect from Sucrosphere, from ROI to integration.
Can we start with one module, or do we need the full software suite
Our holistic system is established as a modular solution. That means you can start with one solution, normally a connection to your DCS system via OPC-UA interface, installing some of the sensors needed for the MPC solution and then start to optimize one process step either extraction, purification, batch crystallization or batch crystallization scheduling.
